I Want To Go To England And I’m Not Kidding!

Have you seen the Elle Decor article about Jemma Kidd and Arthur Wellesley’s  recent move from London to the family estate in Hampshire – it has me wanting to go to England and I’m not kidding!

It had me at the allee of lime trees…

Jemma Kidd and her husband made the decision to move out of London and are living at Stratfield Saye, an estate which was a gift to the first Duke of Wellington in 1817.  Wellesly is second in line to the title and is descended from Queen Victoria.  The article in Elle Decor caught my attention for many reasons, one of which is my current reading choice, The Heir Apparent, which has me in the middle of all things Victoria and Albert!

I have been to London but would love to be able to visit more of the countryside. I suppose that is why I take virtual trips through magazines, etc!

  7. Love the meerkat trio on the breakfast room table! They are endearing and comical on the animal channel.
