A Stroll Through the Two Sisters Garden

I was lucky enough to be invited to take a stroll through the Two Sisters Garden last week.  My friend was taking her morning walk and gave me a call to see if I wanted to come by to see the native azaleas while they were in full bloom.

I didn’t hesitate…

Two Sisters Garden

Named for the sisters who lived and gardened here, this garden is available to all those living within its bounds but if (like me) you live outside the gate an invitation is needed to stroll these peaceful paths…

pretty colorful maples…

Two Sisters Garden

inviting spots to sit and enjoy the surroundings…

Two Sisters Garden

created and maintained by one very talented gentleman and his cadre of helpers…

Two Sisters Garden

number one and number two sons both did a stint with him during their college days and so I do feel a bit of ownership!…

Two Sisters Garden

water features are amazing and all created and engineered by the same talented gentleman…
