Needlepoint Love

I found myself making a quick trip to Raleigh, NC, last weekend to be with my cousin after the death of her father.  It was good to be together even under the sad circumstances and I’m so glad I made the trip.

You know me, I try not to wast an opportunity! As soon as my plane landed I headed to a needlepoint shop I frequent – but only on the internet!  I was anxious to see the physical space and meet the nice ladies who work there face to face.

The shop, aptly named for my knowledge of it, is Needlepoint.com

You can just click that link to be taken right over to browse!

I love Elizabeth Bradley kits and have stitched several myself but it was exciting to see so many completed projects in one place…

ok that In The Garden project is calling my name…

there was a trunk show in progress…

I loved those chairs, I’d be happy sitting around that table stitching away any day of the week…

there were some amazing seasonal offerings…

twelve days…

another project that I am drawn to…

joining canvases together is no small undertaking and this border is breathtaking…

a certain friend of mine is almost fed up with my needlepoint craze…

I anyone’s up for a trip to Raleigh in the spring there is a retreat in March with several projects that I could sign up for!
